Welcome to my online portfolio

Hi, my name is Rhonda Jackson. I’m a designer, animator and a student of imagination. As you can see, this is an online portfolio I’ve made available for your viewing pleasure. But first, let me take a second to tell you a little bit about myself.

I was born in Waukegan, Illinois, but grew up mostly in New Mexico in the south, and New York over on the East Coast. I know that doesn’t make much sense — growing up in two different locations — but then again, my father was in the armed forces.

When I was 4-years-old, we relocated to Sicily, Italy, and I’ve also lived in Portugal. Eventually we made it back to the States, and we wound up living in the heartland — first Kansas, and now Missouri. Most of my family now resides in the southwest corner of the Show-Me state around Neosho and Carthage. But I’ve made my life here, with my husband, a Missouri native, as well as my two sons, folks, a brother and a gaggle of cousins.

Being a recent Missouri Southern State University graduate, I’ve had the unique privilege of participating in some of the most recent training and internships found in the area. I’ve always had a strong passion for design, and I am always eagerly awaiting the next challenge. This yearning to learn and succeed has been demonstrated by my numerous awards and honors throughout my educational and work experience.
